Executives are especially called upon in difficult situations since they are expected to respond appropriately.
I support them in the sensitive and professional handling of the current, difficult and often new situation. I discuss the necessary steps in terms of the team, the affected individuals and the approach in communications and am also available on short notice for questions that arise in the course of the process. The goal is for executives to recognize the symptoms of a post-traumatic stress disorder and know how they can address the topic. They will also be familiar with the various possibilities of getting help for the affected individuals.
